The current manual is available via download only from this website. Hardcopies or CDs of the Standards Manual are no longer available from the City.
NEW! CLDSM REVISION - EFFECTIVE DATE JULY 1st, 2008
What has changed with the July 1st revision? We have added detail drawings for the 2100 Series, "STORMWATER BMP DETAILS." The 2100 Series details are provided in both AutoCad and PDF format in the "2100" link in the table below. The Cover Sheet, Revision Log, and Table of Contents have also been updated accordingly. The BMP details correspond to the information contained in the Post-Construction Controls Ordinance and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg BMP Design Manual (see Associated Links below).
